Regulation FD Disclosure, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On January 22, 2013, Crosstex Energy, L.P. (the "Registrant") issued a press
release (the "Press Release") announcing that on February 14, 2013 it will pay a
quarterly distribution of $0.33 per unit to its unitholders of record on
February 1, 2013. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as an exhibit to
this Current Report. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K,
the information set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached exhibit are
deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of
Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange
Act").
