As previously disclosed, TravelCenters of America LLC, or we or our, completed the issuance and sale of $110 million aggregate principal amount of our 8.25% Senior Notes due 2028, or the Notes, on January 15, 2013. The Notes have been approved for listing on the NYSE MKT LLC under the ticker symbol "TANN," rather than the previously expected ticker symbol "TA/28." We expect the listing of the Notes to be effective today, Tuesday, January 22, 2013.
