On January 21, 2013 South Jersey Industries (SJI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4425 per share. The dividend is payable April 2, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 11, 2013. A copy of the press release of January 21, 2013 announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference.
