On January 22, 2013, Demandware, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Jeffrey G. Barnett, age 49, was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective January 18, 2013. Mr. Barnett has served as the Company's Executive Vice President, Field Operations since November 2005.
