On January 17, 2013, Standard Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is being furnished to the SEC and shall not be deemed "filed" for any purpose.
The Company announced on January 17, 2013, that the Company's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.045 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of February 1, 2013 and will paid on February 15, 2013.
