Effective January 16, 2013, Kevin M. Mullins ceased to serve as Senior Vice
President and General Manager (U.S. Sales) of LoJack Corporation (the "Company")
and as an "executive officer" (as such term is defined in Rule 3b-7 of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934) of the Company. Mr. Mullins, whose duties with
the Company have changed, will continue to serve as a Vice President of the
Company.
