(b) On January 17, 2013, Mr. Harry Kletter, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Industrial Services of America, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company's board of directors that he would retire effective as of the Company's 2013 Annual Meeting and that he would not stand for re-election to the board. The Company's 2013 Annual Meeting is currently scheduled for May 21, 2013.
