On January 7, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing $3.2 million purchase orders for dyeing equipment. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1. On January 15, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing a $1.9 million purchase order for dyeing equipment. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.2.
