Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Financial Statements and Exhibit
On January 15, 2013, Body Central Corp. issued a press release announcing its
fourth quarter and year to date 2012 sales results. The press release also
announced that guidance for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 had been
revised. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated
