Item 8.01. Other Information.
On January 10, 2013, we received from the Attorney General of the State of California ("Attorney General") an Investigative Subpoena relating to the Attorney General's investigation of for-profit educational institutions. Pursuant to the Investigative Subpoena, the Attorney General has requested documents and detailed information for the time period March 1, 2009, to present. We are evaluating the Investigative Subpoena and intend to comply with the Attorney General's request.
