On January 9, 2013, Paul Gardon, previously Deputy General Counsel and Chief
Intellectual Property Counsel of The Spectranetics Corporation (the "Company")
was appointed Vice President, General Counsel, effective January 1, 2013. Roger
Wertheimer, previously Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of the
Company, was appointed Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Secretary.
