On January 8, 2013, at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, California, Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (the "Company") presented a corporate overview and financial update, which presentation included an update on the Company's current expectations with respect to its financial guidance for the year ended December 31, 2012 that the Company previously provided on November 8, 2012 and certain additional financial information related thereto.
