On January 7, 2013, Philip D. Green stepped down from the Board of Directors of
Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (the "Company"). He had served as a member
of the Company's Board of Directors since being elected in 1992. Mr. Green's
decision to step down was not the result of a disagreement with the Company
regarding its operations, policies or practices.
