A copy of the presentation materials is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. In its presentation, the Company included certain historical non-U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("non-GAAP") financial measures as defined in Regulation G promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2012.
