Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 8, 2013, Tuesday Morning Corporation, a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing net sales and comparable store sales percentage for the second fiscal quarter and six-month period ended December 31, 2012. In the press release, the Company also communicated that net income estimates would no longer be provided as part of its sales report. The press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
