Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On January 7, 2013, PGT, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary PGT Industries, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Supply Agreement (the "Agreement") with PPG Industries, Inc. ("PPG") for the supply by PPG and the purchase by the Company of certain glass products produced by PPG and sold pursuant to the Agreement. A copy of the Agreement is included herein as Exhibit 10.1.
