As previously announced, on January 7, 2013, at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, California , John McDermott, President and Chief Executive Officer of Endologix, Inc. (the "Company") presented a corporate overview and financial update, which presentation included a discussion of the Company's preliminary unaudited financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, issued by the Company on December 7, 2013. The presentation was announced by a widely disseminated press release and was made available to the public via audio webcast.
