On January 7, 2013, Clifton Savings Bank, the bank subsidiary of Clifton Savings Bancorp, Inc., issued a press release announcing that it is setting aside $10 million for special low-interest home equity loans to victims of Superstorm Sandy. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
