On January 9, 2013, Harry F. Hixson, Jr., Ph.D, the registrant's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Ronald M. Lindsay, Ph.D., the registrant's Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and a member of the registrant's board of directors, will present at the JP Morgan 31stAnnual Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, CA, starting at 11:30 am Pacific time (2:30 pm Eastern time) to provide an overview of and update on the registrant.
