Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 2, 2013, CBIZ issued a press release announcing that it acquired the non-attest assets of PHBV Partners, L.L.P., ("PHBV"), the government health care practice and separate legal entity of CliftonLarsonAllen, effective December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
