Douglas L. Hemer retired as chief administrative officer of Aetrium Incorporated effective December 31, 2012. Mr. Hemer's day-to-day responsibilities have been assumed by Paul H. Askegaard, Treasurer and Joseph C. Levesque, president and chief executive officer. Mr. Hemer will continue to serve as a member of the company's board of directors and will be available to the company on a consulting basis as needed.
