On January 7, 2013, Astoria Financial Corporation (the "Corporation") issued a press release stating that, on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at approximately 4:45
p.m. (ET), the Corporation is expected to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012, and will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
