Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. announced that Eric J. Bruun has resigned from the
company's Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective January 2, 2013. At
the time of his resignation, Mr. Bruun served on the Audit Committee of the
Board of Directors.
Effective January 2, 2013, the Ferrellgas, Inc. Board of Directors Audit
Committee is comprised of Michael F. Morrissey, Chairman, Daniel G. Kaye and
John R. Lowden.
