Term Loan Credit Facility
On December 21, 2012, Alon USA Energy, Inc. (the "Company"), repaid the principal amount of approximately $28.5 million, or the remaining balance of outstanding obligations of the Company, under the Credit and Guaranty Agreement dated November 13, 2012, by and among the Company, as Borrower, the lenders party thereto and Credit Suisse AG, as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent.
