On December 26, 2012, Tessera, Inc. and Invensas Corporation, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tessera Technologies, Inc. (the "Company"), each entered into new eight-year patent license agreements with SK hynix Inc. On January 2, 2013, the Company issued a press release and began using an investor presentation regarding the new patent license agreements.
