Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 31, 2012, Regency Energy Partners LP (the "Partnership") and Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. ("ETP") issued a press release announcing that the Lone Star Fractionator I, located in Mont Belvieu, Texas is now in service. The natural gas liquids (NGLs) fractionation facility has a capacity of 100,000 barrels per day and is owned by Lone Star NGL LLC, a joint venture between the Partnership and ETP. The facility is expected to handle NGLs delivered from several sources, including Lone Star's recently completed West Texas Gateway NGL pipeline, via ETP's Justice NGL Pipeline.
