On December 31, 2012, Jacksonville Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it had closed a $50 million capital raise and that immediately prior to the closing of the capital raise, its wholly owned subsidiary, The Jacksonville Bank, sold approximately $25.1 million of classified assets, other loans and other real estate owned for approximately $11.7 million.
