On December 31, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that Hawaiian Telcom, Inc., its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, completed its acquisition of Wavecom Solutions Corporation, an information and communications technology company and facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier located in Hawaii. A copy of the press release announcing the completion of the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
