Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 21, 2012, Robbin W. Jones informed the management of Mid-Con Energy
Partners, LP's general partner, Mid-Con Energy GP, LLC (the "General Partner"),
that he intends to resign as Vice President and Chief Engineer of the General
Partner, effective February 1, 2013. Mr. Jones will continue to perform his
duties for the General Partner until his resignation is effective.
