On December 26, 2012, PSS World Medical, Inc. (the "Company") and McKesson Corporation ("McKesson") issued a joint press release announcing that McKesson has received notification of early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, in connection with McKesson's proposed acquisition of the Company.
