(b) SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") previously announced that Mark Lotter, would resign his position as a director of the Company and as Chief Executive Officer of China Operations, in a Form 8-K filed dated September 10, 2012. Mr. Lotter's final date with the Company was December 14, 2012 and his resignation from the Board of Directors was also effective as of that date.
