OFFICERS
On December 17, 2012, the Board of Directors of Planar Systems, Inc. (the
"Company") elected Ryan Gray as Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of the Company, effective as of January 1, 2013. Mr. Gray, age 38,
joined the Company in 2005 as director of finance for worldwide operations. He
was appointed Vice President and Corporate Controller of the Company in 2009.
Mr. Gray will be eligible to participate in each of the incentive compensation
and other benefit plans available to the other officers of the Company.
