On December 21, 2012, Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing the exercise of an over-allotment option by underwriters to purchase an additional 1.2 million shares of the Company's Class A common stock from selling stockholders in connection with the Company's previously announced secondary offering by selling stockholders.
