Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On December 20, 2012, we notified the NYSE MKT that we would be transferring the listing of our common stock from the NYSE MKT to the NASDAQ Capital Market. The decision to move to the NASDAQ is voluntary and we are in full compliance with the NYSE MKT's listing rules.

Trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market is expected to commence on December 31, 2012 under our current symbol "EGT." Our common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT until the market close on December 28, 2012.

On December 20, 2012, we issued a press release announcing our decision to transfer the listing of our common stock to the NASDAQ Capital Market. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
