On December 12, 2012, the Board of Directors of Horizon Bancorp declared a dividend of 10 cents per share to shareholders of record on December 24, 2012. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2012, and represents an acceleration into the 2012 calendar year of the dividend that would have been paid in the first quarter of 2013. Additional information about the dividend is included in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
