On December 17, 2012, SHFL entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ National Market: SHFL)
(either the "Company," "we" or "our") issued a press release announcing its
financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended October 31,

Effective December 13, 2012, we made conforming changes to our Amended and Restated Bylaws to reflect our name change from Shuffle Master, Inc. to SHFL entertainment, Inc.
