On December 17, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing the start-up of a joint venture in Cleveland, Ohio and the acquisition of certain assets in suburban Rochester, New York. The Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
