FDA 510(k) Clearance for Next Generation OmniPod System

On December 14, 2012, Insulet Corporation (the "Company") announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") has given the Company 510(k) clearance for the Company's next generation proprietary OmniPod Insulin Management System. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
