On December 14, 2012, Handy & Harman Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the
"Company"), announced that Glen M. Kassan will retire as Chief Executive Officer
of the Company, effective December 31, 2012. Mr. Kassan will continue as Vice
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company following his retirement. A
copy of the announcement is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
