ITEM 8.01. Other Events.

On December 12, 2012, Berkshire Hathaway Inc. ("Berkshire") announced that its Board of Directors raised the price limit for repurchases of its Class A and Class B shares to 120% of book value. A press release announcing this increase in the price limit is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
