("the Registrant") received notice from the United States of America, on behalf of the Department of Defense, that it was exercising its right to terminate its lease of approximately 221,000 square feet at the Registrant's property located at 3100 Clarendon Boulevard in Arlington, VA, effective December 31, 2013.
