Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 12, 2012, Cyalume Technologies Holdings, Inc. issued a press release stating it expects revenues for the quarter ending December 31, 2012 to be approximately 40% higher than revenues for the quarter ending December 31, 2011 and revenues for the year ending December 31, 2012 to be 12% higher than revenues for the year ending December 31, 2011. The full text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
