On December 12, 2012, the following proposals were submitted to the shareholders of CVD Equipment Corporation (the "Company") at its annual meeting of shareholders: (i) the election of six (6) directors, and (ii) the ratification of the appointment of MSPC as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012.
