James L. Chosy, General Counsel and Secretary of Piper Jaffray Companies (the "Company"), will be resigning effective January 18, 2013 to become Executive Vice President and General Counsel of U.S. Bancorp. The Company will be initiating a process to identify a successor to Mr. Chosy as soon as practicable.
