December 11, 2012- Clearwater, Florida - Nicholas Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq, NICK), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share on its common stock to be paid on December 28, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 21, 2012.
