On December 10, 2012, eMagin Corporation (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share to all common shares and preferred shares (on an as-converted basis), payable on December 26, 2012 to all shareholders of record as of December 20, 2012.
