Fiscal Year.
(b) On December 4, 2012, the Board of Directors of Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), approved a change in the Company's fiscal year end from August 31 to December 31. As a result of this change, the Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K for the four-month period ended December 31, 2012. The Company expects to file the transition report on or about March 15, 2013.
