On December 7, 2012, Expedia announced that its Executive Committee, acting on behalf of its Board of Directors, has declared a special dividend of $0.52 per share of common stock, payable on December 28, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 17, 2012. This special dividend is in addition to the previously announced dividend of $0.13 per share of common stock to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2012, with a payment date of December 7, 2012.
