Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements
of Certain Officers.
On November 29, 2012, Robert Brandon, the General Counsel and Senior Vice
President Business Affairs of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. (the "Company") notified
the Company that he would not continue his employment with the Company after the
end of the term of his Employment Agreement dated February 9, 2012 (the
"Agreement"). The Agreement will expire by its terms on December 9, 2012, but
Mr. Brandon has agreed to continue his employment through January 4, 2013, at
the Company's request.
