On December 4, 2012, Regal Beloit Corporation (the "Company") gave a presentation at its Investor and Analyst Day, which presentation included, among other things, a confirmation by the Company of its previously issued earnings per share guidance for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012 and a change in its anticipated effective tax rate for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012 from approximately 26% to approximately 14%.
